Read carefully before ordering a commission! By commissioning me you agree to these Terms of Service.

I have the right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.

Respectful behaviour and language is expected and required during communication about the order.

I have the right to decline any commission. A reason does not need to be disclosed. If you break these Terms of Service, I have a right to cancel your commission order.

Payment for commission must be paid after the sketch has been agreed upon. Different payment schedules or part payments can be arranged prior to the commission. Payments happen via Paypal invoice.

Commission may be cancelled by the commissioner at any time, but any work already done on the commission will be subtracted from the refund. A finished commission is not refundable.

If I fail to meet an agreed deadline for the finished commission, the payment can be refunded and the commission cancelled.

The customer should provide me with as much info as possible so that I can create an artwork the customer can be happy with. Whether you wish to order an art of your character, pet, or something else, I need clear references and/or detailed instructions. I will communicate with the commissioner until we have mutual understanding of the wanted artwork.

Work In Progress shot of the sketch phase will be provided automatically. NOTE! If you’re ordering a full traditional commission IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT ALL AND ANY ISSUES WITH THE ARTWORK SO FAR ARE VOICED OUT DURING SKETCH PHASE. I’m very open to working with the sketch longer to ensure the finished product satisfies the customer!

Once the colouring phase of the fully traditional commission has started the possibilities for alteration are extremely limited, even impossible. The customer agrees to understand these limitations of the traditional media.

Digitally coloured art is more flexible for edits along the process. After the commission is finished, large edits where bigger portions of art have to be redrawn require extra charge.

Additional update shots can gladly be arranged during colouring!

Completion time will vary case by case from weeks to months.

The customer acknowledges that artist's life duties outside the world of art affect the completion of the commission. The customer agrees to a longer waiting time unless a deadline is specified for the art. Delays will be communicated to customers!

By commissioning me, you gain the right to any personal usage of the artwork. Orders for commercial usage must be inquired separately and will be priced individually.

I, as the creator, hold full copyright to the commissioned picture. I can publish the commissioned picture in any place or site and promote myself, unless otherwise in advance agreed.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the commissioned artwork (including work-in-progress versions) for any blockchain technology, including non fungible tokens (NFTs). Usage of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with blockchains, non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

Usage of the commissioned artwork, and any work-in-progress versions shared with the client, for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs is strictly prohibited.
